Israel is an immigrant state, with many people from different parts of the world, each bringing its own cultural and personal background.
For us, an ideal workplace is one that each of the following is an integral full-time employee, feeling included a contributing to the company’s success. While it can often be challenging to apply to each individual’s needs, we found that the right approach makes it easy and more beneficial at the end of the day.

The Arab society is around 20% of the population in Israel, yet less than 2% of the high-tech workforce
