Diversity & Inclusion – Where do we start?

At this unique event, we will host associations and companies that have track records in identifying professionals in under-represented communities in the Israeli high-tech industry. They will present their know-how, and “satisfied customer” companies will share their perspectives.

We will break into several tracks to enable you to focus on the community and the work model that fit you best. The presenters operate within the Israeli-Arab, Jewish Orthodox, Ethiopian, peripheral, disability and women developer communities. We will provide you with the list of the presenters for advance selection.

This special session is for company leaders (or senior managers) and heads of HR, who are familiar with your company’s recruitment needs, required domains of expertise, and the desired work model.
